DEFINITIONS:
*Touch: A touch is a total sum of a player’s on-the-ball events (e.g. passes, dribbles, shots, or any other ball-related action)
*Big chance: Is a clear-cut scoring opportunity, like a one-on-one situation or a shot from just a few meters out.
*Big chance created: A pass that leads to a big chance.
*Key Pass: A pass that directly leads to a teammates’ shot. A pass that creates an opportunity for another player to assist a goal.
*Tackle: Is an action in which a defending player dispossesses his opponent in a duel, without committing a foul.
*Ball Recoveries: Is the action where a team regains possession from the opposition, often after losing it, through events like tackles, interceptions, winning loose balls, or opponents’ mistakes
* Open Play Cross: A pass delivered from a wide area (flanks) into the opponent’s penalty box during normal flow of play (not from set-pieces like corners/free-kicks), aiming to find a teammate for a goal-scoring opportunity.
*Take On/Dribble: An attempt by a player who has possession of the ball to beat an opponent.
