The spirit of community, teamwork, and youth empowerment came alive in Bloemfontein as the PEP Mini Netball Festival welcomed young players, coaches, supporters, and families for an unforgettable day of grassroots netball development.

The festival transformed the courts into a vibrant celebration of sport and unity, with enthusiastic young athletes showcasing their skills, determination, and passion for netball. Adding to the excitement were fan-favourite mascots who entertained the crowds, encouraged participation, and created memorable moments for players and spectators alike.

The event formed part of PEP’s continued commitment to supporting youth development through sport, creating opportunities for young girls to grow in confidence, teamwork, discipline, and leadership both on and off the court.

“This festival is about more than just netball,” said a PEP representative. “It is about inspiring young players, strengthening communities, and creating spaces where children can dream big while enjoying the game they love.”
