South African boxing celebrated a memorable night on Saturday as Aquila Boxing Promotions successfully staged a sold-out Knockout Chaos 2, with Sabelo Ndwandwe emerging as the new IBO All Africa Featherweight Champion after an exhilarating evening of action at The Galleria Events Venue in Johannesburg.
The headline about delivered everything boxing fans had anticipated, as Ndwandwe and Lindo Khuzwayo battled through a gruelling 10-round championship contest for the vacant IBO All Africa Featherweight Title. Both fighters displayed remarkable determination, technical ability and resilience in a fiercely contested encounter that went the full distance.
With no clear separation between the two competitors after the final bell, the judges were called upon to decide the outcome. Ndwandwe was ultimately awarded a split-decision victory, securing the prestigious continental title and bringing a dramatic close to an unforgettable night of boxing.

Promising prospect Liam Fox earned victory over Dino Malajika in a four-round catchweight bout, while Gary van Staden defeated Nicolas Kasongo Nzengu in an entertaining super middleweight contest. Kaine Fourie added another victory in the welterweight division after defeating Faraday Mukandile, before experienced campaigner Jackson Chauke overcame Gideon Buthelezi in the junior bantamweight division.

Gary van Staden walked away with an impressive R25,000 bonus sponsored by Parque & The Arch, and Kaine Fourie collected R20,000 courtesy of Tigris X Discovery.
