adidas unveiled the new Lucid Pink colourway of the Adizero Dropset Pro with an exclusive hybrid training session at its Sandton City store on 1 October, bringing together VIP guests and hybrid training enthusiasts to experience and put the latest addition to the Adizero Dropset franchise to the test.
Led by Gold’s Gym South Africa, the session challenged participants through a range of hybrid training movements, including running, sled pushes, rowing, SkiErg, burpees, step-ups, sandbag lunges, kettlebell exercises and sumo squats, allowing them to experience the shoe’s balance of speed, stability and grip.
The session also welcomed HYROX champion Danel Louw and South African rower Kyle Schombee, who joined fellow hybrid training enthusiasts to put the Adizero Dropset Pro through its paces.
The new Lucid Pink colourway adds a bold new look to the Adizero Dropset Pro, adidas’ hybrid training shoe designed to support athletes across running, functional movements and strength-based training.
The Adizero Dropset Pro is available at adidas.co.za and selected retail stores.
