The Kay Motsepe Under-13 tournament welcomed young footballers with an inspiring dinner that celebrated their participation while reminding them of the opportunities that football can create for their futures.
The evening brought together talented boys and girls from across the tournament, creating a special moment for the youngsters to connect, celebrate and draw inspiration ahead of their football journey.

Coach Simphiwe Dludlu used the occasion to encourage the young players to continue developing their game, strengthening their skills and maintaining a positive attitude both on and off the field.
Dludlu urged the boys and girls to believe in themselves and to keep working towards their dreams, reminding them that the foundations they build at a young age can help shape their future in football.
She also encouraged the young players to dream of one day representing South Africa at national-team level when they grow older.
Her message highlighted the importance of discipline, dedication, teamwork and a love for the game as the youngsters continue to develop their football abilities.
The welcome dinner was therefore more than just a celebration. It was an opportunity to inspire the next generation of footballers and remind them that every journey begins with a dream, hard work and the courage to believe that the dream is possible.
As the Kay Motsepe Under-13 tournament continues, the young players will have the opportunity to showcase their talent, learn from one another and gain valuable experience—while taking another step towards the dreams they hope to achieve in the beautiful game.
